That was a new one. I snuggled up next to her, expecting that she might want to talk about something that happened today or talk about what she might want to do tomorrow... who knew?
But no... not quite what she had in mind.
"Let's talk about... about CUPCAKES! and FOOD!"
Hey, it might not be deep, (after all, she's only almost 3), but she sure is speaking my language.

that is just way too cute. isnt it amazing how simple they see life compared to how deep and complicated we want to go lol!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't that one just get you?! Ash started with the, "Mommy, I need to talk to you about something" a few weeks ago. Every time she says it my heart sinks. Of course, she always wants to talk about how one of her "kids" didn't listen to her, or something that happened on Dora...but it still gets me!
