It's gotten to a point where I think my kids can inherently sense that I'm attempting to catch them with their cuteness in sync. So they take turns doing things like this:
Quick! Everyone glower! And look down!
Yeah, no.
Or there's this:
EAT IT! EAT IT!
Or, sometimes, they smile fantastically!
In the wrong direction.
But alas! I sense I'm coming closer to capturing my goal. Or at least, losing the last vestige of my sanity. Because at that point? I'll be too crazy to care!
Ohhh the dimples on that boy......goodness!
ReplyDeleteNICE OUTFITS!!! I'm super impressed at the matching without matching.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I really like the stumps-as-seats setting. Definitely go back there for round 2.
ReplyDeleteI am SO impressed with your efforts. I only have 2 kids and have already been so frustrated with our two attempts at getting good pics that I'm thinking my time might be better spent figuring out how to use photoshop to create a picture rather than wrangle a screaming 15 month old and get her to smile. and a picture with Chris and me in it? Totally out of the question! You are SO brave!
ReplyDeleteLove the tree stump backdrop! But what cracks me up about that shot is Shaun's jeans. What happened?!
ReplyDeleteTo get that great laughing picture I usually have a parental (or family) plant jump up and be goofy behind my camera. Works about 50% of the time, so I am not making any promises! :)
ReplyDeleteThe last one is totally usable! Just say they were gazing at Jesus in anticipation of His birth!!
ReplyDeleteOh, adorable!!
ReplyDeleteSteph
What a cute dimple of that boy..
